Your Guide, Freya Broad.

Freya of Sacred Roots was born in Aberfeldy, Scotland, a land steeped in history, myth, and the quiet magic of rivers, hills, and ancient forests. From an early age, she felt the deep pull of the land — its rhythms, its stories, and the ancestral spirits that whisper through its groves and glens. Her roots reach into the generations who walked these lands before her, carrying with them the wisdom of folk herbalism, Celtic earth traditions, and animistic reverence for the natural world.

Guided by this heritage, Freya has cultivated a practice that blends ritual, ceremony, and storytelling, honouring both the living landscape and the ancestral spirits who shaped it. She draws on folklore, old tales, and sacred sites to create journeys that reconnect participants to their own wild, intuitive selves and to the enduring spirit of Alba. Whether through herbal alchemy, sacred walks, or pilgrimage, her work invites a return to the intimate, sacred relationship between people and the land — a remembrance of home, heart, and the ancient pulse of the earth.
