WÂMBA KERDÂ

WOMB PILGRIMAGE

ANCESTRAL LAND JOURNEYS + HANDS ON CEREMONIAL WOMB CARE IMMERSIONS.

WÂMBA ~ Proto-Celtic for Womb

KERDÂ ~ Proto-Celtic for Pilgrimage, Journey, Sacred Trail

Proto-Celtic is the 5,000 year old Ancestral Mother Tongue of Europe, spoken by our Bronze Age ancestors.

Journey with me along ancient pathways of blood, bone and belonging.

WÂMBA KERDÂ- Is a pilgrimage of both body and land. Nourishing our relationship with the land and our wombs is ancestral medicine. It is a remembering older than writing, a way of being that our ancient grandmothers once lived as daily reality. The deeper we root into our own tissues, the more we feel the pulse of the earth beneath us, the voice of our bloodlines singing through song lines of the earth. And the more we walk prayerfully upon the land in reverence to the sacred places our ancestors once revered, the more our wombs and bodies feel held, met and remembered home unto our belonging.

To tend Womb & Land, in this reciprocity we remember who we are, women of earth, walking prayers of soil and stars, carrying the medicine of our lineages in our hands.

WÂMBA ~ WOMB

Regenerative Hands on Womb Care

Ceremonial BodyWork to call you back to your blood, flesh and bones.

This care is not simply a Womb massage.

Regenerative Womb Care is a bodywork that supports full Feminine vitality and the regenerative capacity of our bodies.

Our bodies are innately oriented to heal and regenerate. When we listen, when we approach with slowness and no agenda, when we touch with reverence the old stories held in our tissues begin to stir and speak.

Hands on care is how we remember ourselves home.

Through attentive touch we say: i am here, i am listening, i am safe, i am held. This is not touch to fix or force, but touch to meet, to soften, to invite the body back from dissociation into warmth and inhabitation. In placing our hands on belly, womb, heart, bones, we reclaim our right to feel, to sense, to be at home in our bodies.

When we come back into relationship with our tissues, we make space for the wisdom our bodies carry. In that space, memories can surface, sensations can move, emotions can find space, shape and breath. What was frozen begins to thaw. What was silenced finds voice. The body does not rush, it asks for gentleness, attune-meant, for time, for being met again and again with loving awareness.

In this meeting grief can be metabolised, not as story alone, but as felt experience that moves through the body, flesh, blood and back into life.

This is for the woman who…

  • Longs to return to the wild intelligence of her body and remember the wisdom that has always lived within her.

  • Feels the tenderness, grief, pain, or unspoken stories held within her womb, breasts, belly, or womanhood, and longs for a safe place to meet them.

THE SACRED TRAIL -

We begin the day/days on the land.

In the geographical heartland of Scotland, Highland Perthshire. My ancestral land where my family have been rooted from over four generations. A land that is steeped in folklore, rich in Neolithic sites of worship, ancient yew trees, holy wells and standing stones. A land with potent magic and beauty pouring from everything.

Together we walk along ancient ley lines, song lines and pathways of pilgrimage. Sites of ancestral significance and ancient ritual.

We move gently on the landscape, in ceremony and prayer. There is space to pause beside the trees or water. to place your hands and body upon ancient stones, to make offerings, to speak prayers, to listen to what the land may awaken within you.

Our ancestors lived intimately with these landscapes, they understood the earth as living relationship, a source of nourishment, ceremony and belonging.

This pilgrimage offers space to reconnect with the land, to listen to what is alive in body, bones and earth.
