gathered lovingly from our 6 beehives of native wild Scottish bee’s in highland Perthshire.
this batch of honey is amazingly floral and sweet, with a depth of flavour. It seems our bee’s have mostly foraged pollen from wildflowers such as rosebay willow herb, lavender, bee balm, oxeye daisy, clover, apple blossom, dandelion, viper’s bugloss, foxglove, hawthorn, elder and verbena, with a swirl of heather in there too.
our honey is raw meaning it has not been heated or pasteurised, honey in its natural state, unprocessed and straight from the hive. may contain trace amounts of bee pollen, propolis, amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants that commercial heating can diminish.
